Optimisation of mortar with Mg-Al-Hydrotalcite as sustainable management strategy lead waste

چکیده

This study analyses how a Mg-Al-Hydrotalcite with carbonate in the interlayer influences hydration of mortar allowing management lead waste (solid or liquid) cement-based material. First, compatibility hydrotalcite cementitious matrix was studied through heat hydration, workability, consistency, compressive strength and mineralogical phase formation. The changes produced by incorporation were not drastic cement verified. Lead added oxide nitrate form to without same properties evaluated, including leaching test. delayed this effect being increased hydrotalcite, which happened first instants hydration. addition counteracted negative values. interaction between favoured formation plumbites under pH conditions Consequently, would seem be superficial. decreased values included “Non-Hazardous” limit environmental classification, very close “Inert”. All mortars two mixing procedures establish differences. When included, higher second procedure showed better behaviour procedure. research expands possibilities solid liquid contaminated using matrices.

Transesterification Of Sunflower Oil Using Mg-Al- Co3 Hydrotalcite As A Catalyst

An efficient and facile synthesis of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) using sunflower oil and methanol has been carried out in the presence of a solid base Mg-Al-CO3 hydrotalcite heterogeneous catalyst. This protocol promotes the environment friendly conditions as the hydrotalcites are non toxic, recyclable, takes less reaction time and is easy to work up. The hydrotalcite showed high activity ...

The strategy of sustainable development and waste management: Case study: Commercial power industry

In this study, the relationships between two variables: the strategy of sustainable development and the efficiency of waste management in the commercial power industry company have been subjected to discussion. The basis for the explanation of the aforementioned relationships is the assumption that the level of implementation of the strategy of sustainable development is expressed through capit...

Use of calcined Mg-Al-hydrotalcite to enhance the stability of celecoxib in the amorphous form.

The use of compound in amorphous forms is a promising approach to improve solubility of poorly water-soluble drugs. However, during storage, amorphous state can spontaneously transform to the lower energy crystalline form and this is a limiting factor for a large commercial use of drugs. In this paper, calcined hydrotalcite was employed to support amorphous celecoxib and several preparations at...
